The EIT Campus is the one-stop shop for all the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) Community courses. It focuses on a wide range of learning programmes in the areas of innovation, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies.
Taking place on 19 May at 12.00 EEST, the session will explore how organisations can translate sustainability ambitions into concrete skills, roles, and workforce strategies. Drawing on real corporate experience, speakers will examine how upskilling, reskilling, and lifelong learning can enable employees to contribute meaningfully to sustainability goals, while addressing a common challenge: the gap between organisational ambition and individual role clarity.
Participants will also gain practical insights into the most relevant sustainability skills across sectors, and how these can be embedded into everyday work.
The session will feature a panel discussion with our CEO, Suvi Ferraz, alongside Luisa Esposito (EIT Campus), Pippi Blomqvist (Tide Consulting), and Jussi Simolin (ExecutESG), and will be moderated by Florence Ranson.
