It focuses on a wide range of learning programmes in the areas of innovation, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies. Taking place on **19 May at 12.00 EEST**, the session will explore how organisations can translate sustainability ambitions into concrete skills, roles, and workforce strategies. Drawing on real corporate experience, speakers will examine how upskilling, reskilling, and lifelong learning can enable employees to contribute meaningfully to sustainability goals, while addressing a common challenge: the gap between organisational ambition and individual role clarity. Participants will also gain practical insights into the most relevant sustainability skills across sectors, and how these can be embedded into everyday work.
