Taking place on 19 May at 12.00 EEST, the session will explore how organisations can translate sustainability ambitions into concrete skills, roles, and workforce strategies. Drawing on real corporate experience, speakers will examine how upskilling, reskilling, and lifelong learning can enable employees to contribute meaningfully to sustainability goals, while addressing a common challenge: the gap between organisational ambition and individual role clarity.
