To equip businesses with the expertise needed to drive meaningful change. ##### Taking new steps forward in sustainability with Learnsy When a friend recommended Learnsy’s [pilot program](https://learnsy.fi/learnsy-pilot) to Third Rock CEO [Leo Stranius](https://fi.linkedin.com/in/leostranius), they saw an exciting opportunity to strengthen their sustainability expertise. As a company that guides organizations in strategic sustainability, staying ahead of the curve is essential for them. According to Leo one of the biggest advantages they see in this pilot is the potential to develop a structured approach to sustainability learning. As a small organization, they don’t yet have formal training programs, so a dedicated tool to support continuous learning would be invaluable. But beyond that,they believe this approach could benefit their customers as well. If similar programs were made more widely available, many organizations could use them to strengthen their own sustainability efforts. With sustainability evolving rapidly, organizations must continuously expand their knowledge to stay relevant and responsible. That’s why initiatives like Learnsy’s pilot are so important—not just for Third Rock but for the broader business community. Finally, Third Rock extends a big thank-you to Learnsy and [Suvi Ferraz](https://learnsy.fi/about-learnsy) for making this pilot such a smooth and engaging experience. The goal of projects is to offer increased understanding and a structured approach to developing skills and competencies in line with the participating company's ESG/ sustainability goals.
